Ba, kung ako ang tatanungin, brod, I prefer a man with two balls.

Walang problema. Iyong isa, mayor. Iyong isa, alkalde. Nye!!! Pwede ba ‘yon?

Pero seriously speaking, this present political situation and status quo in Magalang is not politically healthy and economically beneficial for the people and the continuous development of Magalang.

However, the recent Supreme Court decision favoring the order of the Regional Trial Court in declaring Pecson as the duly elected mayor may give a glimpse of hope to once and for all settle the issue besetting the town’s leadership.

I heard from Marites Miranda, local government officer 5 in Magalang, that Cunanan has already received his official copy of the SC decision on January 20. As expected, Cunanan has a 15-day reglamentary period for the filing of a motion for reconsideration. Meaning after February 5, the SC could decide whether to junk the motion or effect their decision favoring Pecson as final and executory.

They deserve a peaceful town led by their duly elected local chief of executive.

Kay Mayor Lyndon, I salute you for your sincerity, enthusiasm and perseverance in serving your fellow Magaleños for more than one and half year. Just keep it up and charge it to experience. You deserve a big round of applause and even a standing ovation.
Kay Mayor Pecson, I think your long wait will finally be over. You deserve to get what is due to you. However, let me remind you that the Magaleños are expecting you to surpass the accomplishments of Cunanan once you get your most coveted position -- the mayorship of Magalang. Good luck. God bless.

To the Magaleños, patience brings peace. Peace brings development. Development brings reformation. Reformation may bring Pecson, if he really won the election.

Only God knows.
